About ASEF LinkUp Program 2026 in Slovenia (Fully Funded)

ASEF LinkUp is a cultural diplomacy program organized by the Asia-Europe Foundation to connect arts professionals and government officials from ASEM partner countries. The 2026 edition takes place in partnership with the Motovila Institute and Slovenian cultural organizations. It aims to encourage innovative cultural cooperation between Asia and Europe through workshops, discussions, site visits, and collaborative projects. Program Structure

• Phase 3 – Fieldbook & Community: Collaborative work on the ASEF LinkUp Fieldbook and continued engagement with the cultural diplomacy network from December 2026 to February 2027

Eligibility Criteria

• Citizenship of an ASEM partner country
• Minimum age of 21 years
• At least five years of international professional experience in the arts or cultural sector
• Current roles may include cultural practitioners, arts managers, curators, researchers, academics, museum professionals, or representatives of cultural organizations or networks
• Proficiency in English to actively participate in all phases
• Commitment to attend all program phases including online and in-person sessions
