Program Structure and Mobility

The program begins in the first week of September 2026 with an integration week at Nicolaus Copernicus University (NCU) in Toruń, Poland. Students are advised to stay in Toruń through September, with affordable dormitory accommodation available at approximately €220 for the month.

The first semester starts in October at the University of Granada, Spain, where students complete the core curriculum together.

From the second semester onward, students select one of two specialized tracks:

  • Track 1: Leading Intercultural Teams
    • Second semester: FH Oberösterreich, Steyr, Austria
    • Third semester: Kharkiv National University of Economics, Ukraine (currently taught on-site at NCU Toruń, Poland)
  • Track 2: Leadership in the Digital Era
    • Second semester: Nicolaus Copernicus University, Toruń, Poland
    • Third semester: University Hassan II of Casablanca, Morocco

The fourth semester focuses on an internship and the master’s thesis, both hosted at Nicolaus Copernicus University.

After the first academic year, a Summer School gathers students and faculty from all partner universities to discuss emerging trends in intercultural leadership and prepare for the upcoming year.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent that allows them to pursue Master’s studies
  • Open to students from all countries worldwide, including African nations
  • Proof of English proficiency at B2 level is required (tests or equivalent certificates accepted)
